Dale has a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in forging lasting relationships with clients, creating a pipeline of top talents for their human capital needs, crafting accurate jobs that appeal to the target candidates, and candidate screening. He employs online marketing and networking strategies to source talent in San Francisco Bay and internationally, across the globe.

Before founding the Patrick Allen Group, Dale Correa had a fulfilling two-decade tenure as an IT professional, serving in executive level management and other technical capacities. He has first-hand experience in ERP implementation, software development, merger acquisition leadership, project management, budgeting, staffing, and organizational/ infrastructure management.
